we had a wonderful stay at Grand Excelsior Hotel Al Barsha. the staff were very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate us. we received a room upgrade with no additional charge and enjoyed the hotel's cleanliness, great value, and shuttle service to the beach. the spacious bedrooms, super breakfast, and professional service from Miss Princess and Mr Adnan made our stay truly enjoyable.

All in all, it's reasonably priced place that has well-trained and friendly professional staff that provides 24-hour service. It's my first option in Dubai, thanks.

The room was well-maintained, I had really nice experience.

It was a good looking and lovely welcoming hotel. The atmosphere created was quiet. The room was very large, spacious bed. The bathroom was large with a hairdryer, a bidet, and a walk-in shower. Great service, great value for money, just what was needed. The staff was efficient plus the location was good and absolutely perfect.

The place turned out to be great value for money in comparison to other hotels. The total stay was very good during our visit. Throughout the day staff were very professional. We greatly enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable. The setting was perfect, close enough to the beach or the mall and Dubai mall. Also, it was a 10-15 minute walk from Magic Planet Recreation Center. Food in the jazz bar was amazing😀

Really enjoyed our 4 nights stay. The inside view was great and the location was exceptionally nice and ideal, right by grocery shops, and many supermarkets, pharmacies and many other places. Besides, it was within 20 minutes walk from an indoor ski resort. Good prices, everything met needs well.

The hotel's decoration is simply splendid, with elegant touches and a cozy ambiance that makes it feel like a home away from home. The general areas are impeccably maintained, providing a welcoming atmosphere for senior people to relax and enjoy their stay. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people is outstanding, with easily accessible elevators and spacious common areas, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for the elderly.

I would ask for a better vacation for senior people if the hotel could ensure more attentive and respectful behavior from the staff, as some of them could benefit from improving their manners and understanding the needs of older guests.

I got well-maintained room with fresh milk for tea & coffee rather than coffee mate, shower and twin beds as advertised. The location was favourable and perfect, within a close distance from a multi-level shopping mall.

The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The units are a nice size with sofa. The location is perfect, 1 km from a huge shopping mall.

The venue is placed in a business position near metro. The restaurant food is good, and the breakfast offered is very good with a toaster.

As we remember, there was no service.
